Change of Email Address

It is not uncommon for us all to change email addresses from time to time, and then spend months asking people to use the new address. If you know in advance that you are going to change email address, we really appreciate it if you can cancel your subscriptions to your old email address. We don't want to send unwanted newsletters to an old address, especially if that address is now being used by someone else.

If you subscribe to a public newsletter...

The easiest way to handle a change of address is to cancel the old subscription and sign up again under your new email address. If you have already lost access to your old email address and cannot cancel the newsletters yourself, please contact us explaining the situation and we will sort it out for you.

If you subscribe to a private newsletter...

This is a little more complicated as it depends on the rules associated with the newsletter and the reason why you have changed email address. If the publisher restricts it to certain industries or to its own employees and agents then you may not be eligible to receive the newsletter if you have moved to another company. In those cases, please contact the publisher of the newsletter and ask them to issue a fresh subscription invitation to you at your new email address.
